If you decide to cancel instead of rescheduling your appointment, your deposit becomes voided. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful please cancel/reschedule & CONFIRM through the email or texts confirmation 24 hours prior to appointment time. If appointment is not confirmed 24 hours prior to appointment time I will personally reach out if there is no response to any of the 3 confirmation texts (1) from me and the 2 from my site your appointment will be canceled . I will not assume you are coming so please confirm the appointment . Same day cancellation will result in a 50% service charge In the event of insufficient funds you will be banned ;no exceptions.
